Active Pet Rehabilitation staff will remain up to date on the current requirements and we have implemented procedures to ensure that the highest possible hygiene and infection control standards are maintained at our clinics.

If you have an upcoming appointment and are displaying any symptoms, please contact us to reschedule your appointment. Please advise us if you have recently returned from overseas.

At either location, these options for entry are available to you:
- At the Mosman Park practice, if you are concerned about the number of people in the waiting room, you can access our treatment room directly via the back door.

- At the Willetton practice you can access our treatment room direct via the roller shutter door off the rear carpark. Please let us know of your arrival via SMS, or phone call as we are unable to see you arrive if we are busy working with other pets.
