Your Patients Paws Are In Good Hands

As vets, we appreciate you’re pushed for time, so we’ll keep this brief, and promise not to overwhelm you with requests, reports every time we see your patient (unless you request them).
Once we receive your referral we will work with your patients to provide the ongoing care they need. We work according to the referral information you provide to develop an individualised treatment plan that aligns with your expectations and your client’s needs.

Patients are only seen on referral. Contact us or use our online form to start the process.

How Does It Work?

  1. Your referred patient visits us for an initial assessment. We’ll develop a treatment plan that flows on from the care you’ve already provided.

  2. If you like, we can provide detailed reports on patient progress throughout treatment. These can be delivered to you at regular intervals through your preferred method of contact. We are also happy to give free rehabilitation advice over the phone which can be passed on to your patients.

  3. Sometimes, we discover something that may have been found since the pet’s last general veterinary exam. In this case, we will send a patient back to your practice for further testing or treatment.

  4. Get the most out of Active Pet Rehab with our staff training sessions. One of our certified practitioners will visit you and your staff onsite to provide training, advice, and answer questions about animal rehabilitation.
If you have anything in particular that you would like us to talk about with your practice, please fill in this contact form below.

Something To Wag About

Many insurance companies cover rehabilitation therapies on vet referral. So, if your client has pet insurance, there’s a good chance their pet’s treatment will be covered should they wish to claim. If they want to avoid any nasty surprises, it’s always best for them to check with their insurance company, just in case.
